The Rear Courtyard, to separate the new built from its parent Listed Building, offers the occupants the enjoyment of a private open air space. The Front Elevation treatment is a classic London Brick and Sash Windows, sympathetic with the typical character of a London Mews House.
The Design process strictly adheres to the Westminster Planning Authority guidelines, as per successfully granted Planning Consent. A two stages tender, Diagram Architects acted as the project Contract Administrator.
Client’s brief for this Buy-to-Let development include: Open Plan Kitchen with Dining Area and Guest toilet in the Basement Floor, Living Room on the Ground Floor and First Floor Bedroom with En-suite Bathroom.
The modern Interior Design brief is custom made throughout the new building.
